The foosball table below may be the most expensive foosball table in the world. It is made of crystal and the players are made of aluminum. There are four different varieties - dubbed the Teckell Collection. The company behind the table, is not releasing pricing information. If you have to ask the price, you probably can’t afford it.

I’ve seen several different types of life-size foosball fields. The field that is featured on this video isn’t all that impressive.
The field was created by a boy scout, and the most interesting part of this video is the scout answering the question of why he decided to build the field. His answer “I didn’t want to plant trees like everyone else”.

Umm, shouldn’t this be mixed doubles if you are going to play this version of foosball?

The Sharper Image has a Silver Cup Foosball Table for sale for $599.
I’m a little disappointed. Since it’s Sharper Image, I thought the table would have some feature that no other foosball table has - maybe a built-in nose hair trimmer or possibly an attached ionic air purifier. Unfortunately, it is just a foosball table.

It’s always interesting to see pictures posted on Flickr around Christmas. Most of those photos are people assembling their new foosball table or the family playing on the foosball table while dinner is being made.
Here is a link to pictures taken around Christmas.

Ever wondered what tables professionals play on?
Currently, there are officially five foosball tables that are approved to be used in sanctioned tournaments. These tables are used in ITSF (International Table Soccer Federation) events like the World Cup, World Championships, World Championship Series, International events, Master Series, and Pro Tour.
You can visit the ITSF partners page to find out more about these tables.
One of the most common ITSF approved foosball table in the United States is the Tornado Tour Edition.
